Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Kling 4.0 is an advanced AI video generation platform designed to create expressive, high-quality videos from images. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Use of the Service

Kling 4.0 provides users with a comprehensive AI video generation platform featuring:

  • Up to 30-second generation: Generates videos 3–30 seconds long in a single pass, with video extension
  • Up to 4K resolution: Supports 720p, 1080p and 4K output in 21:9, 16:9, 1:1 and 9:16 aspect ratios
  • Native stereo sound: Generates video together with stereo audio and lip sync
  • Multi-keyframe control: Up to 10 keyframe images per generation
  • Omni Reference: Up to 15 references in total (up to 10 images, 5 videos and 7 elements including voice)

kling4.run is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Kuaishou or Kling AI; model names are used for descriptive purposes only.

You agree to use the service in compliance with all applicable domestic and international laws and regulations.

User Accounts and Registration

  1. Account Creation: You must create an account to access certain features of the service. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

  3. User Responsibility: You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

Content and Intellectual Property

Platform Intellectual Property

All content provided through this platform (including, but not limited to, the platform interface and documentation) is protected by copyright law. The copyright owner of this platform is kling4.run. Kling 4.0 is a model name used for descriptive purposes; kling4.run does not own it.

User-Generated Content

  • You retain ownership of the videos you generate using Kling 4.0.
  • By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process your prompts and images in order to generate videos.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and generated content comply with our content policy.

Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited Content

You agree not to use Kling 4.0 to generate content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or offensive
  • Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
  • Depicts real people without their consent
  • Promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination
  • Is explicit adult content that does not comply with platform guidelines
  • Violates any applicable law or regulation

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

  • Attempting to reverse engineer our AI models
  • Using automated systems to overload our servers
  • Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization
  • Interfering with or disrupting the security or performance of the service
  • Attempting to bypass security features or usage limits

Credits and Payment

  • Kling 4.0 operates on a credit-based system
  • Credits are consumed based on the resolution and features used for video generation
  • Unless otherwise required by law, all purchases are final and non-refundable
  • Prices may change upon notice to users
  • Unused credits may expire in accordance with the terms of your subscription plan

Service Availability

  • Kling 4.0 strives to provide 99.9% uptime
  • We reserve the right to perform maintenance and updates
  • The service may be interrupted due to factors beyond our control
  • We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if we determine that any of the following has occurred:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Conduct that harms other users, us, or third parties
  • Abuse of the platform or its AI generation features

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties or representations regarding:

  • The accuracy or quality of AI-generated videos
  • The reliability or availability of the service
  • The fitness of the service for a particular purpose

Limitation of Liability
